Please check back on April 29, 2009 when this new Land Use Decision notification system will be activated. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
Once activated, each Wednesday the Mayor, Councilors and neighborhood organizations will receive an email notice that land use decisions have been posted. These decisions will be eligible for Council Call Up at the next regularly scheduled Council meeting. A link to this website will be included in the email. Once at this page, any member of the community will be able to view the list of decisions and click on a link to the full decision. In essence, this new system will provide easy access to Council and all members of the community to the full text of final land use decisions subject to Council Call Up.
Please note that Neighborhoods and Land Use Chairs will still receive notice of decisions as soon as they are issued. This is simply an additional notification system intended to improve communication and information to elected officials and citizens alike.
