Salem is located in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley. We serve the wastewater needs for several food processors, federally regulated categorical industries, and other significant industrial users as well as a population base of over 220,000 people in Salem, Keizer, Turner and Marion County.

Salem's award winning program fulfills the Federal and State mandated requirements for identifying, permitting, and compliance tracking of affected industry types.
