Social Services

Through its needs assessment process, the Social Service Advisory Board (SSAB) has identified food, shelter, health, safety, and crisis resolution as the needs it will address through the City of Salem funding process.

It does this through a biennial request for proposal process that asks local non-profit agencies to apply for funds to alleviate these problems in the community.   FY 2013-2014 Application Cycle  Applications available 12/03/12

SSAB meets monthly.  Locations vary.
