SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE HOSPITAL FACILITY AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF SALEM, OREGON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of The Hospital Facility Authority of the City of Salem, Oregon (the “Authority”) will be held at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Salem Hospital in the Sherman Boardroom, Building B, 2nd Floor, South Hallway, 665 Winter Street SE, Salem, Oregon. The purposes of the special meeting are to (1) consider a Resolution in connection with amendments related to the documents for, and the re-issuance, for federal tax purposes, of, the Authority’s Revenue Bond, Series 2016 (Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic Project) benefitting Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, a Washington nonprofit corporation; and (2) conduct such other business as may come before the Authority.
