Volunteers from the Willamette Valley Genealogical Society will teach the basic steps to start building your family tree. They will also provide information on where to search for family information online and at Salem Public Library. No experience is necessary. Family group sheets and a pedigree chart will be provided to get you started. 

This is a free event with seating available on a first-come, first-seated basis.
