Nursing and community health services will be available from the Northwest Human Services outreach van, located on the Peace Plaza between Salem Public Library and City Hall. Services are available free on a drop-in basis.

Available services from a registered nurse will include blood pressure and heart rate checks, minor wound care, medical and resources, and first aid kits. Community health workers will be available to assist with applications for Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and Oregon Lifeline. Workers can also do Coordinated Entry assessments, provide hygiene kits, water, and snacks, and help with resource navigation.
