Looking for the perfect toy gift? Instead of new, consider new-to-you this year at the City of Keizer's Toy Swap. Find a new home for those gently-used then abandoned toys cluttering your home. Bring your clean and gently-used toys for donation to Keizer Civic Center (8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday) or the Main Salem Public Library (10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday-Saturday) by December 4.
