Exterior and interior staircase details are available for download that show the specific code requirements. If you wish to include them in your plan set, you may download them here and upload them through the PAC Portal to be included in your plan set.

Bathroom Requirements

If your project includes a bathroom remodel or addition, you may use the bathroom fixture clearances figure from the Oregon Residential Specialty Code to supplement your plans.

Chimney Design

A prescriptive chimney detail is available from the Oregon Residential Specialty Code with all ORSC structural standards and requirements included. You may use it in conjunction with your project plans.

Radon Mitigation

You can download a sample radon passive mitigation plan for your permit that you then upload through the PAC Portal to be included in the plan set.
