Library of Things
Salem Public Library’s Library of Things (LOT) offers you the chance to check out a variety of useful items. Some are items that most people need to use only once or rarely. Some allow you to “try before you buy” if you are considering a purchase. The Library of Things supports a larger goal to reduce, reuse, and recycle in our community.
The Library of Things startup was funded by the Materials Management Grant Program from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. Ongoing support is provided by the Salem Public Library Foundation.
Available items can be browsed at the Library of Things shelves on Floor 1 at the Main Library, 585 Liberty St. SE or in the online catalog.
