Highland Neighborhood Association (HNA) supports the community of the Highland Neighborhood. All residents are encouraged to participate whether you rent or own where you live, you are part of this dynamic, heritage-designated neighborhood characterized by vintage homes, tree-lined streets, and a sense of togetherness close to the city center. 

The neighborhood association is dedicated to strengthening our community by focusing on involvement, outreach and safety. With the Willamette River to our west, several specialty schools, the Maple/Winter Greenway, Highland Park and River Road Park, and easy access to shopping and the city center there are plenty of opportunities to get involved and enjoy helping to make Highland Neighborhood a great place to live!

While HNA is recognized by and receives staff support from the City, it is self-directed. The officers of the Board are elected by the membership. If you live, work, or own property in the Highland Neighborhood boundaries, you are automatically a member. Join us in making your neighborhood a better place to live.
