Northeast Neighbors Neighborhood Association Meeting
12/10/2024 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Northeast Neighbors (NEN) Neighborhood Association
Northeast Neighbors (NEN) encompasses a beautiful, historic part of Salem, including the Court-Chemeketa Historic District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The neighborhood is roughly bordered by State Street to the south, the Oregon State Fair property to the north, the Union Pacific Railroad to the west with a slight jog westerly around Parrish Middle School and the surrounding neighborhood and 24th Avenue NE to the east.
Anyone who works, lives, owns a business, or property within its borders is a member of the NEN. Are you interested in serving on NEN's board? While NEN is recognized by, and receives staff support from the City, it is self-directed. The officers of the Board are elected by the membership. For more information on getting involved, contact the Chair or sign up for the neighborhood mailing list.
