Founded in 1986, Southeast Mill Creek Neighborhood Association (SEMCA) encompasses a large section of Southeast Salem bordered by Mission Street and 25th Street extending out to the city limits. This area includes Salem Municipal Airport, Corban University, and Salem’s third largest park, Cascades Gateway, which features a fishing lake and an 18-hole disc golf course. It is also home to Mill Creek Corporate Center. Our neighborhood is 5,800 acres.
