Standard Construction Specifications

There may be multiple published versions of the Standard Construction Specifications and the Public Works Design Standards at any given time. Each version will be identified on the front cover and/or in page footers with a version number or date. Contractors under contract with the City are advised to refer to the Special Provisions to determine which document version is applicable. The Standard Construction Specifications and the Standard Plans to be referenced for development permits will be the latest published version on the date of permit issuance.

All users are advised to refer to Division 001 of the Public Works Design Standards to determine which version may be applicable to their project.

Refer to Administrative Rule 109-100 for a description of Public Works enforcement of Public Works regulations.
