To begin the reservation process for a City facility or park amenity:

Download the Agreement for the Reservable Area:
Note: Alcohol may not be consumed or possessed unless requested and approved in the Agreement for the Reservable Area. More
information about including alcohol with a reservation is available here.

Download a Sound Permit for events with amplified sound.
Note: Sound that disturbs others or that exceeds maximum decibel
levels as established in the Salem Revised Code ("SRC") is not permitted.

Download a Short-Term Concessionaire Permit Application for events with
sales like food, products, and goods.

Submit permits, agreements, and applications with all supporting
documentation:

Requests are authorized only after required documents, full payment, and
all signatures have been received.

Please allow for thirty business days for review of submitted permits,
agreements, and applications.
