To begin the reservation process for a City facility or park amenity:

1. Download the Agreement for the Reservable Area:

   • Riverfront Park

     • Public Event

       1. Riverfront Park Facility Application

       2. Facility Use Permit and Agreement

     • Private Use: For example, family or workplace celebrations

       • Facility Use Permit and Agreement

   • Pringle Community Hall and Park

     • Pringle Park Facility Application

   • All Other City Facilities and Park Amenities

     • Facility Use Permit and Agreement

   Note: Alcohol may not be consumed or possessed unless requested and approved in the Agreement for the Reservable Area. More information about including alcohol with a reservation is available here.

2. Download a Sound Permit for events with amplified sound.

   • Sound Permit Application

   Note: Sound that disturbs others or that exceeds maximum decibel levels as established in the Salem Revised Code ("SRC") is not permitted. See SRC Chapters 51 & 93.

3. Download a Short-Term Concessionaire Permit Application for events with sales like food, products, and goods.

4. Submit permits, agreements, and applications with all supporting documentation:

   • In-Person, Drop Box, or US Mail: 555 Liberty Street SE, Room 100, Salem, OR 97301

   Requests are authorized only after required documents, full payment, and all signatures have been received.

5. Payment can be made in-person or online. For more information about online payments, contact the Customer Service Center, 503-588-7272.

Please allow for thirty business days for review of submitted permits, agreements, and applications.
